Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate. 

Directions 

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 capsule 2 times per day. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
